Cost of Shipping
To calculate the shipping costs of your order, place all items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. Then proceed to the checkout page. You will see the shipping costs before submitting your order. For countries not listed in the country list, please contact us for shipping quote.
Prices, Duties and Taxes
Notice for European customers: If your country is a member of European Union, value added tax (VAT 24%) will be automatically added to the prices during Checkout process. You will see the total price of your graphic kit before submitting your order. In this case there will be no other duties or taxes for you to pay before or after you have received your package.
Notice for customers outside of European Union: All orders will be shipped with an original invoice on the package, which shows the full amount you paid for the products you have purchased. Some countries have import tax laws, in which case you would be liable to pay import tax and/or value added tax on the items you purchase from us. Please do your best to familiarize yourself with these policies in your own country. You may be responsible for paying tax fees once you have received the package.

Color Matching
Due to pigment limitations in digital CMYK-printing, the discoloration of aging plastics and other variables may cause the sticker kit's colors to slightly vary from the color of your vehicle's plastics. The screen settings of your computer may also cause colour variations between the product image on your screen and the finished sticker kit.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for the following two conditions, otherwise all sales are final: Manufacturing defect(s) and or any error(s) caused by Playbike. If the problem is isolated to a specific components, then only those components will be replaced. We make every attempt to deliver the absolute best graphics. Remember to double-check spelling of your name and race number before submitting your order.
